Kwaku Akom

Founder & President

Kwaku Akom is a servant leader, entrepreneur, and community builder whose life mission is to raise transformational leaders across the globe. Born in Ghana and raised with a deep commitment to service, Kwaku founded the Nehmiyah Foundation to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity for young people in underserved communities.

As a Service-Disabled Veteran and successful business owner, Kwaku brings a unique blend of military discipline, entrepreneurial vision, and pastoral care to every initiative. His leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that true leadership is measured not by what you achieve for yourself, but by what you build for others.

Under his leadership, Nehmiyah Foundation has impacted over 7,000 youth leaders across two countries, established scholarship programs, and built sustainable community care systems that continue to grow and multiply.
